Will You Be Buying Black Ops' First Strike DLC?

Posted by DEVIL on January 31, 2011 at 8:35 PM

The First Strike add-on for Call of Duty: Black Ops, which is the game's first DLC package, will be blasting its way onto the Xbox 360 tomorrow, and will without a doubt cause quite a buzz among the Xbox LIVE community. First Strike will consist of four brand new competitive multiplayer maps: Stadium, Berlin Wall, Kowloon and Discovery -- as well as a new Zombies map titled Ascension.

If you've been following First Strike, you've most probably already checked out the screenshots and in-depth preview video released a couple of days back. If history does in fact repeat itself, First Strike --just like Modern Warfare 2's DLC-- will be bought by, well, a lot people. Also, First Strike will be coming to the Xbox 360 first, thanks to the deal that Microsoft currently has with Activision.

What we want to know is whether or not you will be purchasing First Strike, and if the whole timed-exclusivity for the map pack is annoying for you – especially for those who play Black Ops on either PlayStation 3 or PC. So go on, tell us... like right now.

I don't even have Black Ops, and don't plan on it for a while still... Unless I find it for $20, then I may think about it... but I not much of a DLC kind of person, at least on the PS3. Don't have the money for it... Plus, I have a ton of other games that I would like to get DLC for, like Dragon Age, Fallout, World at War, etc.
